Digital Product Policy

Our products are digital software and automation services. Once the software license or service is activated, refunds are generally not available.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

• There is a technical issue from our side.
• The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.
• The issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Misuse of the software.
• Failure to follow system or usage requirements.

Cancellation

Service cancellations must be requested via email. Approved cancellations (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
